Cancellation Policy
If you buy something special like flowers or cakes and we’ve started preparing them, sorry, you can’t cancel. But if it’s something regular and we haven’t sent it out yet, sure, you can cancel. We usually get orders ready and send them on the same day. If you need to cancel, get in touch with us right away.
To cancel, call us at +91 8171413573 or email support@crezycakesnmore.com. If your cancellation is valid, we’ll give your money back within a day.
Refund & Exchange Policy
For “Hand Delivered Products (flowers & cakes):
Sorry, we can’t take back flowers or cakes because they go bad. But if something’s wrong, like they’re damaged or not what you ordered, tell us at +91 8171413573 or email support@crezycakesnmore.com. We’ll fix it by giving you new stuff or your money back in a gift card for our shop. You can use the gift card on our website for a year. We’ll sort it out within a day.
We’re not responsible if:
- You complain more than 48 hours after the delivery.
- You give us the wrong address.
- We can’t deliver because no one’s there or we can’t reach them.
- The person doesn’t want the stuff.
In those cases, we’ll consider it tried and won’t do refunds or new deliveries.
