We’ve got different ways to deliver your gifts, depending on where you are and what you’re sending. If you’re getting flowers or cakes, you can choose same-day delivery (if you order before 6pm), a specific time slot delivery (you need to order 24 hours ahead), or even midnight delivery (also needs a 24-hour heads up). For other gifts, you can pick a date, and we’ll do our best to get it to you around then.
For most places in India, your stuff should arrive in 2-5 business days if it’s a regular pin code. If you’re in a more remote area, it might take a bit longer, up to 10-12 days.
Orders above Rs 399 get free regular shipping in India. But if you’re sending stuff internationally or want special delivery like midnight or specific time, there’ll be a shipping charge. Shipping time and costs depend on where you are.
If you’re far away from the city, we might have to charge extra for delivery. The amount will depend on how far and where you’re sending your gifts.
You can get flowers and cakes delivered on a specific date, usually within 24 hours. But for other gifts, the delivery date is more of a guess. We’ll try to deliver close to the date you pick, but we can’t promise it’ll be exact.
